    I had already connected them. I heard from them once about this and never again. BUT I think the newest update that I did a couple days ago might have fixed it. If not, I’ll email them again.

    This plugin is a great idea, but the functionality is horrible and the support is even worse. Take a look in almost every thread here and you will see that none of the questions are provided with a solution and are always told to contact support which either doesn’t answer or takes a week to respond. I would warn anyone who is thinking of purchasing the “pro” version to save your money and look for another option as this plugin has many issues that never seem to get fixed.

    The maximum time we reply to support messages is 36 hours. If you had to wait longer, probably that could be because of technical issues such as the message could be in spam folder. Just contact me right now so I can check the reason for the late response. We try to do our best for our every single user, sorry again.

    Concerning our products, we are constantly updating and fixing the bugs, if you had any issues that relates to other users as well we answer in forum, but many times cases are individual, that’s why we ask to contact us to find out the origin of the problem, which can be because of different reasons.
