multisite Blog Copier with NextGEN

I have used Blog Copier to clone a sub-site in a multisite installation. The NextGen gallery photos then added to the cloned sub-site ended up placed in the nggallery folder corresponding to the site ID associated with the sub-site that was copied instead of with the cloned site ID. I think this resulted because the cloning reproduced the NextGen database table entries for the subsite that was copied.
1. What is a preferred way to set the database table entries to correctly refer to the new (cloned) sub-site ID?
2. What does the NextGen menu Other Options -> Reset Options -> Reset all options to default settings actually do? Will that mess up the NextGen settings for other sup-sites or just possibly reset the options for the sub-site in question to the correct values?
