Padding on Menu Items

I have an odd problem
I have set the menu item text to centre and all looks OK except for the left hand item in the menu which is offset
Examining the result using Firefox Inspector the reason becomes clear
All the other items have padding 20 / 20 but for the left hand item it is 5 / 20
I am sure that there is a simple fix for this even if I can’t find it
