Pinnacle supports Nextgen gallery?

    I tried installing this and its not working correctly! It displays the thumbnails OK but when I click on the image it displays in fullscreen OK. The problem happens when I click the X to close it won’t close properly, the border and the X goes away but the image remains on the display. If I click on the background then it goes away.

    I don’t get this bug on other themes, I have reported it to Nextgen as well.

    I should clarify that all other plugins are turned off except the virtue/pinnacle toolkit.

    OK so I didn’t have much luck with Nextgen so I tried foogallery and I have the same problem… looks like a theme issue.

    So what I believe is happening is your plugins lightbox is showing on top of the themes lightbox. The premium version of the theme has a built in option to turn off the themes lightbox, but the free version does not. Is there an option to disable the lightbox feature from within your plugin settings?
    Or you could set Enable Pinnacle Galleries to override WordPress to Off in Theme Options > Misc Settings and I think that would also fix.

    That setting didn’t work.

    I think this is a non issue because as I dig deeper and get more help from you I’m finding everything I need in the theme itself.

    It’s up to you guys to decide what work, if any you may want to do to address this issue for future customers, but if this hasn’t come up before it’s probably not worth the effort. Also, if your premium theme actually fixes this even better. If I can get this theme to work for me, I will actually be buying the premium version of the theme!

    Now I just need more than 6 columns of thumbnails!

    I’m not at this point going to use another gallery and if I do when I get the premium version looks like it will be OK.

    I have the same issue (with foo gallery and foobox). Tried to disable overriding gallery but that didn’t help.
