Allow editors an administrator role

We are developing a website for our team, it contains quizzes that we use for training. We are attempting to allow editors of the site to have administrator access to WP-PRO-QUIZ.
We have read in forums that we have to edit the helper php file. We are using v0.37 and it doesn’t seem to have that file in the list.
According to the plugin site, this functionality is supported. Does anyone know how I would go about making these changes? I have attempted pretty much all I can see but it has not made a difference.
Alternatively, is there a way of granting certain users administrator access to the plugin. We really need for someone else to be able to amend these quizzes, but not have complete administrator access to the site.
