Fatal error memory

    Searching the forums all the topics on this seem to be 5 years old.
    I am getting this message
    Fatal error: Out of memory (allocated 33554432) (tried to allocate 55 bytes) in /homepages/7/d70596733/htdocs/culli/wp-includes/meta.php on line 837
    I have changed the wp-config file, php.ini etc – all of which now have 128M, but it still shows up as a memory problem of 34M. Is this something in the WP files or is it my provider. I use 1and1 – but according to them I also have 128M
