Jump links not working

    Hello, I’ve been trying to put jump links to areas on my page, and I can’t see for the life of my why they aren’t working. There are two at the top of the page, and then I’ve put a “back to top” at the end, and they won’t work. Can anybody give my guidance as to what I’m doing wrong please?

    It looks like you have a video element positioned absolutely over the entirety of your page?

    Which two links at the top are your jump links?

    Thanks for your response Alisonplus.
    The two links near the top of the page that say Washing Machines and Clothes Dryers won’t work. And the one at the bottom of the page that says Back to Top doesn’t work either.
    I don’t know what you mean by the video element being over the entire page – I’m a complete newbie to this.

    I’ve tried putting a link on another page, and it works fine, so I guess it’s something to do with this page, I just don’t know what. I took out the youtube video altogether and nothing changed, the links still wouldn’t work.
