Carousel Portfolio Not Puling Thumbnails Correctly

When I add the Carousel Portfolio onto the site, the images are largely distorted and turn out pixelated and gigantic. The same thing happens when I use Portfolio Grid or Staff Carousel. These images are various sizes, however none of them are gigantic like this pulls. Please help!
