Woocommerce Payment Complete

I recently recieved a payment on my eCommerce website and in woocommerce the payment has been marked as complete but no money has been transferred to my paypal. I know it is not a settings problem because i shortly recived another payment from another buyer afterwards and it went through flawlessly. Any ideas on how to fix this. Did the money actually withdraw from the buyers account? Is it something that will be sorted out eventually. I need help.
