Images not exporting

    Hello,

    This plugin works great, except the images aren’t showing up in my docx file. When I open the exported .docx file and open in word, there is an image there, but it is just white. When I click on it, the standard “format image” options appear in Word, so I know they are there, they just aren’t displaying. Could you please help me with this issue? I’ve tried exporting just 1 post at a time, thinking it may be due to file size, but that had the same issue.

    Hello hinzmn01,

    The plugin is working fine and images should appear fine.

    Please open the exported document in Microsoft Word, and check which View Layout is selected. It should not be draft. It should be Web Layout or Print Layout from the View drop down, in order to see correct images.

    Hello, sorry for the long delay in response. However, the images are still now showing up. Even when I export a single post to a file, the images are just “placeholders” with a red X on them.
