Loads Google font when not needed

    This is a great plugin, but it falls down a bit in the performance department. When doing speed tests on a site that uses SSBA i discovered that it loads its Google font even when the plugin is not enabled for the page. Google fonts are nasty for performance 🙁

    In this case i have the plugin disabled for the home page, which is a static page, but it’s loading the font anyway.

    Hope this can be fixed one day 😉

    If you’re feeling ambitious, it might also be nice to be able to enter a list of specific pages that should be excluded, such as a contact page.

    … I should also mention that i would be nice if you could check whether a font is already in use on the site, before downloading it again from Google. In this case i already have Indie Flower on the site and don’t want to load it again.
