Change the Site Language in Settings > General admin menu, and create new contact form.

and then create the form and turn back my WP to original language ?
the option to choose the language was very good, why you took it out ?
Because it’s not contact form plugin’s job.

I recommend you use a multilingual plugin if you constantly need localized contact forms.

Did you choose “Español” for the site language? Or another “Español de somewhere”?
“Español de México” translation for Contact Form 7 is less than 30% completed now. Try “Español” instead.
