How to link live stream

    I have a few questions about how to link to have live streaming on a website. This is kind of long so, please bear with me. I have a software program plugin to do streaming. The church I belong to is going to start live streaming. The problem is that I can’t link up to their streaming to put on the website. I have YouTube and the YT user ID and YT Channel ID. The people at church who are in charge of the live streaming (camera, audio etc), also have a YT account, which they are using to live stream.
    Question:Am I in thinking that I would need their User and Channel ID to link to in order to see the live stream on the church’s web page. They do not have the software that I use.
    Question:Anyone that live stream from YouTube do you have an User and Channel ID.
    I hope this is a little clearer than mud. I would appreciate any replies as soon as possible and time is not on my side.
