Submenus aren't expanding

    I have my menu depth set to 5, but none of my submenus are expanding, and I’m not sure why they aren’t expanding.

    My website is EFCOG.org. If you look at the regular full-wide page menu, you can see there are multiple drop-down menus. However, when you look at in responsive mode (either on a phone or a minimized screen), they don’t reflect in the responsive menu.

    Any thoughts/suggestions??
