    Hi there,

Recently installed this theme and I really like it. I want to purchase it but before I do so I want to make sure that the when I purchase it the burger menu displayed on mobile/small resolution devices actually works – it does nothing on the free version.

    Cheers,
    Simon

  • Do you have a separate mobile menu set up in the free version?

    No I don’t believe I do

the demo in the themes section appears to have a problem with the mobile menu also. The memu should collapse but it doesn’t. I think the theme author needs to look at it.

    Hello,

Thanks for your messages. When you say “Burger” menu, what do you mean? The Simple Theme top menu does collapse on mobile screens – here is a screenshot showing how: http://screencast.com/t/G5PCQXwoh

Let me have some more details and I’d be happy to help.

    Hi,

Thanks for coming back to me.

The burger menu/navicon is what you’re pointing at (looks like a burger pate between two buns 😉 ) – it just doesn’t seem to do anything on my install – pretty sure none of my customisations have broken it (happy to be proven wrong however).

    Try it – http://bit.ly/1UESYxA

    Thanks in advance!
    Simon.

I believe this issue will can be resolved by creating a menu in the Menu section on the wp-admin dashboard and then assigning it to the “primary menu” location. Just look for the checkbox near the bottom of the drag-drop menu editor.

    Marking as resolved.
