Modal tools window opens behind visual editor page

    Running Easy Bootstrap 4.5.4
    All modal popup’s open behind the visual editor page, if you close the visual edit page then the EBS tooling you wanted to insert is then displayed.
    1. Select columns icon or select columns from EBS dropdown while in visual editor page.
    2. The visual editor page displays. (no modal window)
    3. Close the visual editor page
    4. The columns option modal window displays
    5. At this point the insert doesn’t work because the visual editor window is closed.

    Thought it was browser issue but got same results with latest chrome and firefox.

    We have checked the EBS with different settings to reproduce the issue, but unable to reproduce it. Can you please provide the list of plugins and theme you are using? That will help us to resolve the issue.
