Hover Zoom Doesn't happen for some users | WordPress.org

I’ve been told by two people that the hover effect where the column moves forward and the text enlarges doesn’t happen. I got one on the phone and had him refresh as I deactivated all the other plugins and switched to the TwentyFifteen theme. Still the hover effect didn’t happen. Any ideas?

Hello, Thanks for getting back to me. Here’s an example http://careersnacks2go.com/essential_grid/m-find-your-best-match/ but the site is password protected (though it’s going live soon so it doesn’t matter much if someone see this) it’s SNACKS

Seems hard to figure out the problem since it behaves as expected for me.
