Preview window not visible

    I just installed wordpress (seemingly successfully) via Softaculous but the preview pane is not visible. Just a grey window with the spinning ball. The dashboard loads fine. But when I hit Customize only the left hand sidebar loads, not the main window. I tried in Safari and Firefox, same issue. And it’s the same issue with different themes.

    Problem solved by disabling the redirect from my domain to my wordpress.com site. My issue is that I was trying to set up wordpress.org when I already had a wordpress.com in place. Hope this answer is helpful to anyone else.
