embed-qt not working for me

    I’m trying to use the embed-quicktime plug-in but I’m not having any success. The thumbnail and links show up but when I click on them the browser goes to the movies URL instead of playing it embeded on the WP page.

    I’ve placed the jquery files in the root folder, the root of the wordpress install and in the WP plug-ins folder.

    I’m having the exact same problem. Thumbnail shows up, and clicking the movie loads the movie URL in a new window – not embedded. I have tried manually using the [qt] tags with no success.

    Deactivate the plug-in, rename the plug-in folder to ’embed_quicktime’ and then activate it again. It should be working then.

    I’m having the same problem as keviano. I tried the fixed suggested by harald.walker, still won’t work.

    I am also having this problem, but only in IE7.

    My embedded quicktimes work fine in FF3 but as stated, in ie7 the movies open a new url and thus refresh the entire page to just the movie file.

    It may also be worthwhile to note that I am running this blog locally with xammp.

    Hello, i try this and is nice for my movie, but i see that activate this don’t work the JS in the page/post admin!. is not possible collapse the menu of Custom Fields, Comments & Pings etc etc.

    i use the hack of change the name of directory in “embed_quicktime”
