Theme and all graphics disappeared

I was manually editing the URL of my blog tonight in the address bar(IE6)to jump to another page and suddenly the Theme and all images are missing. I see only what looks like a site map (outline of site pages) I can log in but selecting/changing theme has no effect. Same outline of navigation. No images on text and hypertext links for nav. View site, Dashboard, and all areas of admin have same no-theme/no-graphics look. I reviewed several similar posts in this forum dating back several months but they remain unresolved. Any ideas?
