Hi dcassara
It’d be best to check with the developers of that plugin as it’s not one that’s part of WooCommerce by default, nor is it one that was developed by WooThemes / Automattic
Do you have a plug-in for Authorize.net?
We do, but it sounds like a problem with your API keys so you’d be affected with all auth.net extensions. Contact the author for help first 🙂
Please tell me how to find your plug-in – I have verified the keys.
Where is the download link?
We just want SIM – the customer will input their CC info on our site or Auth.net’s – don’t care.
Don’t need to save the credit card info itself, but of course want to save name, address, phone, email which I’ll have to find a way to put into our database, not the WordPress database, including the item information.
What we need is so simple and is becoming weeks upon weeks of nothing getting done because of one problem after another – is it really this difficult?
Switching back to our custom solution tomorrow if can’t find a plug-in to do this by then. Sorry for the frustration coming through.
Hi dcassara,
Mike’s link is a comparison for all the authorize.net payment gateways that’s sold by WooThemes. For CIM directly, it’s available for sale at: http://www.woothemes.com/products/authorize-net-cim/
OK, but we don’t need CIM, just AIM.
I also saw that wooThemes had a booking plug-in?
This could solve a lot of problems for us.
I tried a bunch of plug-ins that weren’t what we need – what we need is very simple actually.
I can’t post publicly the link where I’ve set up the test site – is there any way we can do a Skype or even just a private email so I can see if I can use your plug-ins for what we need to do?
It would be sooooo much easier.
Hmm if you’re looking for a consultant to help you choose some solutions, perhaps take a look at https://www.woothemes.com/wooexperts/
For auth.net the page I linked to explains the different versions. Maybe you missed:
The AIM version also supports Authorize.net SIM and Authorize.net emulation.
Thats here https://www.woothemes.com/products/authorize-net-aim/
But again, maybe you should contact the support for the plugin you have bought already before jumping over.
WP did not work out for our needs, so we went custom.
