    Hey nice plugin!

    So I am looking for some suggestion.
    We have a if in Canada, and cart is >50 give free shipping. But we also have some wholesaler accounts with User Role = ‘wholesaler’. They can buy special items and we don’t want them getting the free shipping. EXCEPT if a coupon for free shipping is used.
    What is your suggested best way to configure this?

    Hi,

    You can use the ‘user role’ -not equal to- ‘wholesaler’ condition to prevent shipping on that rate for that group.
    Then you could create a ‘or’ condition group and include the scenario where the wholesaler does have a (specific) coupon.

    Another thought is to use the default free shipping option for the coupon scenario..
