    Hi there,

Not sure what you mean about making a script in header.php – you don’t have to touch anything like that.

You haven’t provided a URL so I can’t really look I’m afraid, it could be a million things. Have you checked your theme is built correctly, is the code being included in your source, do you have any JavaScript errors etc. etc.?

Please provide a URL and I can maybe help a bit more.

The address of the site where the Responsive menu is supposed to be installed is http://www.legaultphilippe.com

I’ve just realised that you have sent an email about this too and I have replied there already.

I made a new installation of WordPress 4.4.2 to make a test. And the steps that I made are :

    1. install Responsive Menu
    2. built a simple menu of 3 links
    3. activate responsive menu

The result is on the temporary page : http://www.legaultphilippe.com/responsive

Can you tell me if I skipped a step ?

    Hi there,

That is correct – I just checked the page you sent me and it seems to be working for me, what is the issue you are facing now?

I can’t get the menu as «Front End Expanded Menu» like it is supposed to do and as showed on the screenshot of the page of WordPress : https://wordpress.org/plugins/responsive-menu/screenshots/

    Hi there,

What part is it that you are expecting and that you are not seeing?

I think I found the problem. The application is designed for the smartphone. So only when you use a smartphone you can see the menu with the plugin Responsive menu pro. Can you tell me if that’s right ?

I wanted to give a style to the menu. I can see a square with two lines on the top right of the web page with a smartphones on the link http://www.legaultphilippe.com/responsive but not with a tablet PC or a desktop PC.

    Hi Phil,

No that is not right – it is not designed for smartphone, it is designed for any device (laptop, PC, tablet, mobile etc.)

The menu shows up based on the “Menu Breakpoint Width”, so setting this to a lower value will of course mean it only shows up on smaller devices.

    All the best
