Lost Password not working

    We installed the free version of Wordfence, on our site. the other day the pw appeared to change, so I just went to LOST PASSWORD to reset it. BUT with wordfence, it appears to have switched off this feature, and I can’t go to the lost password page. So there is no way to reset the password there, we had to go via cpanel to reset the pw.

    Is there a way to switch this feature back on?

    Hi,

    The lost password page should still work with Wordfence. I just double-checked on a test site. The only option we provide is “Alert when the “lost password” form is used for a valid user” so it shouldn’t be disabled. If you deactivate Wordfence, do you get the functionality back?
