If a user registers (through WordPress, as Job Manager does not handle this process) a standard WordPress welcome email is sent to them with a link to set their password.
If it’s not sending, install WP Mail Log and see if its sent, but possibly marked as spam.
Thanks Mike,
Do you know of a plugin that would work better that could be customized?
Work better to do what exactly?
I have and It shows no logs when an employer or an job seeker registers…Please advise.
They are not receiving emails when registering.
Can you link us to your site so we can test this ourselves? Also, can you make sure you have these settings checked:

… under Job Listings > Settings > Job Submission?
Thanks!
Thank you for your concern

What do you need from me to link you…because when some one registers they are not getting emails at all.

@piu: Please create your own thread per the Forum Welcome policy:

@dsylvia42: I would like to try registering via the default WordPress registration form and then registering via job submission (if you have it turned on) to see if I get an email in both instances or only one or none at all.
Thanks!
I got it to work by using a plugin called “Better Notifications for WordPress” I was able to customize an html email.
Thanks for your help I do have a few more issues that I will post on another thread. Hopefully I get a quick response as I have been getting by your company.
Thanks again,
Don
Glad to hear you got things working!
Let me know if there’s anything else you need. 🙂 Thanks!
