Unfortunately, in the last theme update they removed the ability to edit this – you linked to instructions from 2014.
I’m either going to have to roll-back a couple of versions or change themes. It really suck because 1. this was not mentioned in the release notes and 2. I have spent hours customizing this theme to fit my husband’s website and there is no answer from the author on this issue.

It has not been possible to edit this in the Suffusion Options for some time. The method in that 2014 post is still valid and it still works today.
However if you insist on not crediting the theme developer for all his hard work in developing and supporting this free theme then it may be better for you to move to another theme.
To anyone hoping to resolve the same problem without being lectured on whether a free theme has the right to roll-back white-label re-branding without letting anyone know or detailing it in their update notes….
