The website for a business can be easily linked by creating a Website field for the business listing itself (we create one by default). That should link to the site no problem when you enter a valid URL.
But I think you might be asking about how to link the list view’s title to the business website. Right now, that’s not available in the settings of the plugin. You’d have to change template behavior and override a link to do that, which would make it harder to access the detail view of the listing doing so.

My mistake for not getting the question straight. Linking the businesses image upload to their site would be a great option.
We can consider that as an option for a future release, but it’s definitely not available in the plugin out of the box today.
