Custom listing design

I’d like to create a custom layout for the job listings that are returned when searched. How do I go about this? Basically I want each job result to be displayed as the job summary and the listings to be in a grid format. So instead of the result displayed in a list format, I’d like a summary of each result, maybe 3 colums wide. I’m using the BeTheme.
