    Hello, I am fairly new to wordpress and the DW Question and Answer plugin. I have installed the plugin and everything but after testing my website I have found that, even though I configured this in settings, the new comment/answer notifications are not sending. I am pretty sure there is something that I am missing but I just don’t know what. Any help is appreciated. Thanks.

    Please log into Dashboard > Question > Settings > Email > ‘New Answer/Comment notifications’ and make sure you have ticked the ‘Enable’ checkbox.

    If it still doesn’t work, please let me know.

    I have checked those boxes and it still does not work, is there anything else I should try?

    Your server doesn’t support for sending mail programs to your customers such as SMTP, please install the third-party plugin such as wpMandrill to send email as usual.

    Thank you for your help, I was wondering, is there a way to upgrade my server so it will support sending emails to my customers? If not, will download the plugin and use it, thank you.

    I downloaded wpMandrill and have spent hours trying to get the emails to work. I have gone through all of the settings and have found nothing wrong. I have enabled the notifications and tried everything I can think of. The email notifications are still not sending. Please help. Thank you.
