Reposting : Need help with a plugin

Hi All
I am a designer and have knowledge about html/css only. I am new to wp and know almost nothing about it. I am looking for a plugin something similar like this http://www.sharonheath.com/ or http://thebloggess.com/. Where below every post there is social sharing option and comment section. And all the posts are on single page.

It’s been quite a few days now i am looking for something links this. Have tried plenty of plugins too but nothing worked.

Could someone help me finding similar plugin please? My project has got stuck because of this plugin.
