Can't upload zipped folder with DirectAdmin

    Hi, I’m wondering whether you could help. I have a hosting account with DirectAdmin Panel using php 5.4. I don’t have problems with creating the Duplicator package, but when I want to upload the package it comes up with a “Secure Connection Failed” message. The Installer file uploads find, but the backup zipped folder won’t upload.

    I suspect it could have something to do with the long name. Is there a way I could abbreviate it, or is there a php feature I could select that would override issues with long file names?

    Hey Vonhellsing,

    I would contact DirectAdmin and ask them if they have any restrictions with zip files, I think that may be the issue. Until they can get you an answer you can always FTP the file down to your computer with FTP. Just check the wp-snapshots folder…
