Best option of plugins

I want to make a website where user will register as front-end, and they will be buying shares of my product via online payment. They have to fill up a form which will have a unique number, i mean each form will have a unique number. They will get an e-mail when the request for buying is done and another when the transaction is confirmed. And they will be able to see their payment info when logged in. What is the best way to build my website? Which plugins should i use?
