Font problem in IE and Chrome

    Hello!
    I use Optimizer theme with a child theme with Open Sans font and everything works well in Firefox, except in IE and Chrome were the fonts are set to Times instead of Open Sans.

    I have tried to set the font for body in the child theme’s stylesheet but it doesn’t matter.
