Floating/Moving Form (AJAX or CSS) ?

Hi –

I was looking for some guidance; I have done some forum/plugin searching as well as some google searching but haven’t found a clear-cut answer. Have checked out some javascript options as well as some CSS ones but before I delved into attempting to figure this out myself, I wondered if anyone had any suggestions.

I would like to make the comment form on the right STAY on the viewable page when a user scrolls down through the comments. Using a “fixed” positioning, of sorts. This way, when they are at the bottom of the comment list, they still have access to leaving a comment and don’t have to scroll back up to do it.

I don’t mind using javascript to accomplish this; it’s not a core functionality but a convenient one.

Any ideas or suggestions or resources ?
