Can't access WP-Admin

I was having issues with http & https for http://www.mcbportraits.uk and receiving message this webpage has redirect loop. Now I can’t see my website or access my WP-admin to allow me to make any more changes. My site has been down for the last 8 hours overnight.

Can anyone help please, should I uninstall wordpress via cpanel (softaculous) and re-install……
