I hope you’re doing well :).
This plugin removes query strings from the canonical URL. When using WPML this might not be something you wish to do so I’ve added compatibility for that in the upcoming update.
If you add the following query string after your website’s url, e.g.:
http://example.com/?s=something
You’ll see that the canonical URL will point to http://example.com/.
This will mean search engines will follow and index http://example.com/, not the search query.
This way of making URL’s point to their parent will also be in effect of other query strings.
If your question is not related to indexing of pages (how they appear in search engines), please elaborate on what you wish to achieve 🙂

Well, I don’t use WPML, I just wondered since I found a plugin that removes these qureys, and I thought that was something recommended.
Thanks for the quick answer. Am slowly learning how to work with SEO, just love this plugin btw. Much easier to understand than the “free” semi-premium ones. 😉
BTW: website now coming along quite nice. Think it is representative for my type of standup now.

I understand! Yet, I wouldn’t recommend removing queries.
WordPress handles queries already very well (I believe it’s the reason the whole system works) and these shouldn’t be removed.
So I can’t recommend a plugin either, even if I were to know such one.
Your site is coming along really nice indeed!
A small SEO tip:
Make sure important images which contain text have an alt tag attribute which shows search engines what’s in the image. This will make the text within the images search-able :).
