NEEED HELP ASAP!

So I’m working with this theme and using short codes on pages to get my desired look. The issue I’m having is when I updated files my product images on the pages has shrunk from it’s previous size to tiny and I need them to go back to how they were. Is there anyone out there that may be able to help me out? What am I doing wrong here… I contacted the theme builder and they have not helped me either. I’m on a time crunch so any help would be amazing. Thanks!
