Fatal error

Hello,

Trying to activate the plugin results in the following error:

Plugin could not be activated because it triggered a fatal error.

Warning: SimpleXMLElement::__construct(): Entity: line 2: parser error : Extra content at the end of the document in /home4/pinkasph/public_html/wp-content/plugins/iq-block-country/libs/blockcountry-checks.php on line 70

Thank you for any help you can give me to resolve this.
