Please help! I am having the same issue. The file name of the form comes through in the email, but there is no attachment. HELP!

Sorry for beeing late, I’ve just followed the instructions on the plugin support :
Step 1 : Create the form and click on the file tab (top right) then it will ask you what kind of files etc… you click ok and it will generate a file number.
Step 2 : Copy this file number
Step 3 : Click on “Mail” next to “form” (FORM / MAIL / MESSAGES/ ADDITIONAL SETTINGS
Step 4 : Paste it in “File attachments”
Step 5 : Enjoy

but unfortunately dont work.
to try, i paste to the mail file attachment the string as you suggest us
[file file-790 filetypes:png] and i try to send one file.png of 104kb…
i try a lot of combination but nothing to do.
What is wrong??
this is happened after the update the last week it work perfectly… i have checked on the folders with my ftp and i found in wordpress/wp-content/uploads/wpcf7_uploads/.htacces
inside i found
Deny from all….???
