Fatal Error

My website recently went white screen for the admin panel. I researched, troubleshot, deactivated the plugins and adjusted the themes. I had the site restored and the plugins all remained de-active. As I went about re-activating them. I was unable to reactivate this one with a fatal error.

Plugin could not be activated because it triggered a fatal error.

I have version 6.0.24 – I am wondering if this plugin is what caused my site to crash. Or if the site has some malicious code on it that won’t allow me to activate the plugin. Any insight would be great!
