Added form fields info to dashboard

I’ve followed the instructions to add new form fields using the templates at the website and it works beautifully. I’ve added one specifically for location and it also appears to be working. The two standard fields are populating the user area in the dashboard but my new location field is not. How do I incorporate that info into the dashboard data so I can see it?
