Hi Forum,

I see that you have sort of explained what I require already: https://wordpress.org/support/topic/tabby-link-to-tab?replies=5 it’s just that I don’t understand the correct usage?

You said that you can use the ‘target’ url parameter, but how though? Like if I have a tab and want to click the tab to link to an external URL or another URL within the same website, then what would be the correct syntax to use?

[tabby title=”title here” target=”https://www.google.com/”%5D
The user sees the content here on hover, which already works.
[tabby title=”title here 2″ target=”https://www.google.com/”%5D
Dummy content
[tabbyending]

Please assist if you can.

In tabby responsive tabs the target parameter is used within the URL to specify which tab should be open on page load. It is not a shortcode paremeter, and does not enable a tab to target a URL.

The optional Tabby Tab to URL Link add-on enables a tab to be used as a link to a URL.

Good shot for the response, so I just purchased the Tabby Tab to URL Link but there is no documentation about this.

How do I use it?

I have installed and is activated with my plugins. How do I basically call the code with the link in there?

Could you provide me with an example.

The readme.txt within the plugin’s .zip contains the documentation and an example of the usage.

I tried the example from the readme.txt and still doesn’t work.
The [tabby] alone works but the [tabbyurl] does not.

Any suggestions?
