Modified File Warning

Hello
I Modify my files (like php or css or html …) and after that when i scan with Wordfence i get some warning about those file and here its my problem if i choose to ignore this file permanently when someone attack and put some code on those file ,am i alert about it or wordfence just ignore those file forever?
how can i tell to wordfence Admin modified those file you don’t need to worry about it but have caution to hackers.
