accordian javascript only on pages needing it

This plugin is making the navigation menu in my theme disappear.

This could be resolved if accordion javascript was not included on pages where it is not needed. Only insert it pages or posts that use the shortcode(many plugins do this) please

I really want to use this plugin its the best out of all the ones I have tried but that issue is keeping me from using it because in my case particularly with the navigation menu being gone it hurts seo and user experience
