Top menù customization

Hello,
the menù i’m trying to customize has a lot of categories so the dropdown menù would be very long.
So i was wondering if is possible to create a dropdown menù which is larger than the normal one in the way i can add 2 menù items instead of one, i mean a kind of mega menù.

Is this possible?
