Nginx configuration page isn't working

After updating to Comet Cache from ZenCache, I get this warning:
It appears that your server is running NGINX and does not support .htaccess rules…
The warning links to https://cometcache.com/kb-article/recommended-nginx-configuration-for-zencache/, which doesn’t work.
