Add user specified fields on products (clothes)

Hello,
I need to find a way on how to add custom fields on a product that user will add a value and will bu submitted with order.

I sell clothes. I want to offer the buyer the opportunity to customize it (by sending his measurments – arm – shoulders, brest etc).

Eg. I select Jacket XL but want to customize it with in brest 55cm and shoulders 65cm

Can anyone advise me on how to achieve these?
