Redux Framework CSS couln't loaded, wrong http URL

Hi,
I’m using latest wordpress with wp-content directory changed. Redux Framework css at setting couldn’t loaded. I tracked the css and I found that URL is wrong. It become http://(URL wp-content)/(path to the file from root)
