Mandrill incompatible with woocommerce now?

My emails sent from my server are being spammed so I tried mandrill. Mandrill works perfectly(When using its test form in settings), however when woocommerce sends any mail, it still uses my servers mail. Then it gets spammed. As if Mandrill was not installed… Aghh. If anyone else has experienced and resolved this, please let me know!
