White screen after changing sql to another server

Hi,
I made a site for a friend and I had made it on my own server (Hostgator)
My friend is on register 365.

I tried use duplicator but when i ran installer it kept timing out (Reg 365 support said that was issue to install SQL manually)

I went into Cpanel on hostgator and download the SQL file.

I checked the installation of WordPress and installation worked fine
on browser.
I then went into phpmyadmin in reg365, dropped the tables, and then uploaded the sql file from hostgator channel. (Both prefixes were wp_)

When the sql uploaded successfully, i browsed to friends site. At first browsing to wp-admin gave me wordpress logo and an error saying site already updated. Gave me N way to login.

Now when I browse to the site i still get a blank screen.
I disabled all plugins and tried repeat the steps, now its just blank screen ons its and also wp-admin. I configured wp-config also.
